All external contractors (including subcontractors, suppliers, and hired personnel) must receive documented training on specific health, safety, and environmental (HSE) topics before commencing work at Skagerak Kraft.

The training may vary depending on the duration of the work and the level of independence required. It should include instruction on certain internal FSE (Fire, Safety, and Environment) and HSE instructions or procedures as needed.

The relevant instructions and procedures are specified in each individual contract.
